If you participate in it, you are therefore creating the market and its dynamics. The market cannot then be blamed as an independent entity for the problems of unrealistic prices, and borrowers in deep chit.Athenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15944962059749126687noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22535876.post-1148010587345822722006-05-18T20:49:00.000-07:002006-05-18T20:49:00.000-07:00This is my home you are discussing. A little discretion next time is advised. Also, just for your info, The 369K is the amount owed on the note. The asking price is 525K. Don't point the finger at the buyers. Why don't you blame the industry for the highs and lows. Take a look at msfraud.org for more info before you blog about things you truly have no knowledge of.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22535876.post-1141934454013200482006-03-09T12:00:00.000-08:002006-03-09T12:00:00.000-08:00and so it begins. They apparently feel that housing values will continue to increase, that prices won't fall, and that the economy is good.

though interestingly enough when polled about their ability to meet their payments if interest rates rise there was much less optimism.

I look at it this way... take a look around you in your every day life... how many people do you know that really are good with money?

How many people do you know that manage money well?

Look at the monumental numbers of people maxing themselves out all for the sake of owning some bank debt disguised as a roof over their heads... do you have more faith in the masses than you do in your own inner circle? Do you think they are better at managing money? more financially secure, prudent etc?

why the optimism that all will continue to rise and it will all be ok?Athenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15944962059749126687noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22535876.post-1141931235740087252006-03-09T11:07:00.000-08:002006-03-09T11:07:00.000-08:00Take a look at this place last purchased in May o...Take a look at this place
last purchased in May of '04....for 430.5k....
now being offered in pre-foreclosure for
Property ID#: 7152054
Address: 2884 White Sands St
City, State: Santa Rosa, CA
Zip Code: 95407
Amount: $369,806.00
Ouch!moonvalleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12058991195867052788noreply@blogger.com
