If we have a repeat o...All eyes are on Spring 2007. If we have a repeat of the 2006 "non Spring" RE selling season, folks will start to realize what they're in for. That there won't be a quick fix.<BR/><BR/>I'm just amazed at how much we're hearing about it will all be back to normal by Spring. Just wait for the avalanche of properties to hit the market. Even if some buyers do get off the fence, there's no way all that inventory is getting absorbed.
