One thing I noticed, going down your list was that many of the street names corresponded to streets that have been on the foreclosure lists. Since I don't pay for the foreclosure listings, i just see the general street names, but Bokman, Gillman, etc..are some of the streets that I've seen. Many of these streets aren't that long so I have a feeling that these houses are going to be REOs pretty darn sooon.
I think so too... I was thinking of heading down those streets to see just how many for sale signs are on the street and see if we can't do a little guess who's over extended? I did notice that on the foreclosure list from this week (haven't posted it yet) there are a few new additions. It looks like one of the listings for 5th st. west... the double address condo listing seems to now be on the foreclosure list, and the owner is also listed as the same for both addresses. There is also another listing that is a couple of houses on the same street with the same owner name listed for both properties.

oh you guys are going to love what comes next. I got the Index Tribune today and there is a little blurb by one of the agents talking about how the "first offer" is usually the best offer. and the tone of the write up was that it may be the only offer a seller gets.
I will pull the choice pieces out and post my thoughts.
There was this great cheesy head shot of another saying "What Bubble?" LOL... right... ok, so you CAN'T look at the number of houses sold in a week or a month and see the rapid drop off... and the rising inventory and admit there is a bubble?
oh and you have got to love those who were so late to this ballgame that drank from the real estate kool aid about real estate only goes up and you can't lose now and cramming in the door to be the next generation of real estate agents. You gotta love those people who chase a career because they think it is easy money. How much you want to bet those are the same sorts that always seem to be looking to get something for nothing?
