A very sad commentary on the high price of Sonoma housing and the gullibility of the buying public.

No kidding MV. This afternoon after I get finished doing some stuff that place that pays me needs done... gonna have a little fun doing some research and comparing these streets with the MLS... it might turn out to be interesting to see just how many of the houses for sale are in some stage of foreclosure. I bet we can make bets of what houses that aren't already listed WILL be listed soon by next taking a look at the tax lien list.

hi athena, for some reason i am getting a blank where the foreclosure #'s should be,the other posts show up fine.i was in cosmopolitan oakland today and was amazed at the number of condo's going in,if willie brown were mayor he could fill them with his girlfriends, but jerry is out of luck.(i was actually visiting an old friend in piedmont, who told me i absolutely had to see it to believe it,he was in the biz for 50 years in the east bay,a horrible old man,i love him)there are thousands of these suckers coming on the market just in time for the builders to go broke.

You are getting a blank in the # column of the jpegs? hmmm... actually the number in there was just my ordering so we would have a count of the number of houses on the list. That number is 65.

Do you guys have a "Mr. Bubble" T-shirt?

I do. I wore it a few times last year after obtaining it in July (if I recall).

I think it's primed for some showings on weekend late mornings and early afternoons in SF... provided the fog is not too obnoxious this summer.

Then again, I could just wear it in the fall during our best weather in September and October.

Perhaps by then, some will really take notice.

no... don't have a Mr. Bubble t-shirt. Where did you get yours? I found the image I posted on yahoo image search. Loved it. I would totally wear that t-shirt. eek... there goes my anonymity if I wear it though. ;-)
