Sonoma County Sales Stats 8-06

Sonoma County median price for single-family homes fell 2.5% from July to $575,000.

YOY decline is 7% lower than last August. This is the second month with year over year price declines.

Average home price fell 4.4% to $667,739, down 4.2% compared to last August.

The median price for condos also fell, dropping 6.2%, month-over-month, to $365,000, a year-over-year loss of 3.6%. Condo sales also fell, down 15.5% compared to July, off 47.9% year-over-year.
