Thanks Athena,I'llbe having dinner with the president of the sonoma-marin real estate appraisers association tonight...i'm traveling with a gtoup to sacramento for prime rib and a presentation by countrywide on "red flags for appraisers",should be fun,a mutual grilling on the way up,and a lecture on how to lock the barn door.

These are classic. With those DOMs, I really have to wonder why realtors don't coach them to get things moving?
