Who doesn't proofread an ad when they sell anything for $650K?

Oh, that's right--flippers and realtors how struggled to graduate from high school.

Hilarious find.

Regarding above--mea culpa. (who vs. how). I'm slightly dyslexic, but not too stupid, LOL.

I just pulled his data. Not pretty, IRS liens, Notice of Default filed, Notice of action etc...He's going under quick...did anyone notice his email address?

I just don't understand. This type of thing is so far beyond just one foolish person. It takes a whole series of accidents before a plane falls out of the sky and the same thing with this bubble... there were a lot of people who helped this guy get here. I feel queesy for him. All I can say is according to zillow if it is correct, he bought really low... so he has a ways to go before he takes less than what he paid. Looks like he only paid about 1/3 of what he is asking.

You have to add in the cost of the upgrades.

Marinite!!! Where've you been? Cost of the upgrades... do you suppose they ran in the range of $300k worth of upgrades?

In this guy's defense a little bit...but the inside of the house is beautiful. It is in boyes springs and there is no reason to spend that much to live there. But it does look like there was nice work done inside the house. But again- no reason in the world to spend $600k+ to live on Boyes Blvd. in Boyes Springs.

"do you suppose they ran in the range of $300k worth of upgrades?"

I don't know.

"Where've you been?"

My new job takes all my time and I rather spend what free time I have with my family than blogging. Then there was a month of jury duty...sheesh. I haven't even been keeping up with the bubble news...there's still a bubble, right?

My job also keeps me behind on the news, but yes... there is still a big leaking bubble.

You are sorely missed as your site is about the best in the blogosphere. I hope you find some time and come back. It isn't the same without your insight and wit.

Does the fountain come with, dare I say-- kool-aide

I bet if you made an offer on the place the realtor, mortgage broker, and appraiser would get to mixing a big ole fountain full of kool-aid for you. ;-D
