are they going to add a black button for lenders selling their reos for 20 cents on the dollar?
well, those flipper partners of his are planning on renting out their over-priced condo, plus they've just completed a re-fi buying out their former "partner"in another place, so that's two debt holes they've crawled into and are carrying,now this latest addition to the wavering stack of most likely un-movable property. This is like watching a train -wreck in slo mo.
And my ex-neighbor is just not inot opening his eyes to reality....only realty, that one little i is so important.
how come when I push those buttons nothing happens??
